RANT AHEAD 📢 Is it just me, or is the coaching industry somewhat letting coaches down? Truth bomb: 99% of coaches aren't thriving because they've been misguided. They haven't been given the tools to REALLY deliver results, and no - results aren't always synonymous with transformation. I had my eyes opened wide by <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/ACoAAACldV4B_LmlONZHWAuSnHzOzGgH0jbPLkg">Gabby Button</a>, who did some ground-breaking research. When she shared her findings, it felt like a lightbulb moment. It was everything I wished I'd known throughout my career, knowledge that could uplift the entire industry... and I convinced her we must get it to more coaches! The journey hasn't been easy. Serving this market, we're constantly up against big names spewing bigger promises. But here's the catch: very few actually achieve these promises. I've always prided myself on being realistic, not an "over-promiser", but being humble has not been helpful and sadly countless coaches and healers have invested a massive chunk (an average of $50K, believe it or not!), leaving them financially strained. They're caught in a vortex of self-blame and struggle, doubting their abilities when they should be out there, making a difference. Just recently, a coach who has known me for about a decade signed up with us. She was petrified, given her past experiences. Thankfully, she took the leap, and she's already relishing the experience.
