Shared wisdom, practical advice, and collaborative problem-solving – that sums up this week's group coaching session. We tackled everything from document management mishaps to AI and the intricacies of business development. Here are some highlights:

Document Management and Recovery

  • One of our members learned the hard way about the importance of making backup copies of important documents. After losing significant work while editing and reorganizing, the lesson was clear: always make a copy and implement a simple process of version control. This simple step can save a lot of headaches.

Running Your Own Business

  • As a coach building your business, it’s a challenge to manage your operations, product development, marketing, and sales all at once. The metaphor shared today was "flying the airplane while building it," highlighting the need for strategies to keep the business moving forward without burning out.

  • The lesson? It all comes down to ruthless prioritisation and focus.

Connecting with Clients

  • Connecting with potential clients in an overcrowded online world is a lifelong learning process. We recapped a key part of the Bullseye Coaches Business Express Blueprint™, exploring the concepts of "blue" and "orange" language. Blue language speaks to the practical, immediate concerns of our clients, while orange language is the language of our wisdom, addressing how we help clients overcome challenges and achieve aspirations.

  • The lesson?: start with blue language to build connection and trust, then introduce enriching orange concepts to foster deeper connections and position yourself as the expert they are looking for.

High-Value Coaching Packages

  • We ended with an educational session recapping what a high-value coaching package should embody. Based on extensive client research, this structure ensures clients have a truly transformative and positive experience, consisting of four key stages, each accompanied by key workbooks:

    • Getting Ready: Set the stage with clear expectations and agreements, laying out terms, conditions, and what clients can expect from the journey.

    • Setting Up for Success: Gather crucial information through client-friendly questionnaires and initial assessments to understand the client’s current state and aspirations, providing a solid benchmark for measuring progress.

    • The Main Body: This is where the magic happens. Weekly sessions focus on addressing challenges and developing the client’s knowledge and skills. Regular reassessments using simple and client-friendly progress measures ensure the client can observe their progress even when they might feel stalled.

    • The Wrap-Up: Reflect on the entire journey. This phase involves a simple workbook sent to the client prior to the session where they can reflect on their achievements, review progress, and plan for continued momentum after the coaching ends.

  • How do you fast track developing your coaching package? We reminded participants that we have templates for every stage of this journey to fast-track the development of their high-value coaching package.

Members then noted their key learnings, focus areas, and actions for the week to ensure we are always driving forward.
